I personally don’t like to depend on prescription drugs of any sort. Neither I prefer to live a life with full of health restrictions. I want to live a healthy and disease free life. This is why importance of exercise was very clear to me from the beginning. I knew nothing except that exercise keeps me healthy in a natural way. I was overweight. I didn’t have enough money to spend on a trainer. So I started jogging and running on the treadmill initially. Now I’m healthy like a horse. When I exercise, I try not to stress myself too much. I always respect the fact that the importance of exercise is irreplaceable. Exercise is not about only jogging or running. You can do aerobics and yoga as well. They are much relaxing. You can even attend Zumba fitness classes. It’s like exercising through fun. You can exercise like a dance. That’s less stressful than any other rigorous or monotonous exercises. Exercise will be more beneficial when you start to enjoy it. This is why, never ignore the importance of exercise. It’s a fun and a healthy habit.
