Believe it or not, a thought process like this will only lead to pain. You will feel restless or lack of confidence. Satisfaction is important because it helps us develop faith in ourselves. If we don’t learn to admire our own achievements, we’ll never be able to be satisfied. We’ll feel like we are falling behind, which will ultimately lead to depression.
We would say don’t try to find satisfaction in your success. Don’t set any criteria for it. Don’t wait for a reason to be satisfied. Grab every little opportunity to feel happy about and be confident. Life is precious. If you don’t want to miss the lovely moments and the opportunity to cherish the happiness hidden in small life events, learn the art of satisfaction. You don’t need a very big reason to be happy and satisfied about. As we said earlier, it’s you who will decide what can make you happy and what can not.
